We are qualified installers with more than a combined 20 years experience in this industry. As we have a strong partnership and our commitment to providing quality workmanship is what drives our business. That is why we back it with a 7 Year Workmanship Warranty!

We can have a Floating floor installed for you in 1 day!!

Supply and Install Packages

Our Floating Floor Installation service can include:

  • Supply & Install Timber Floating or Laminate Floor of your choice
  • Supply & Install underlay
  • Supply & Install all trims and beading
  • Includes a 7 Year Workmanship Warranty
  • Includes a 25 Year Wear Warranty on Timber Floating Floors
  • OR 20 Year Wear Warranty on Laminate Floating Floors
  • All Include a LIFETIME structural Warranty from the supplier


Please note that we do not subcontract any of our work. You will deal only with the owners of Mr. Timber Floors


Our Solid Timber Installation service on a SLAB can include:

  • Prepare subfloor
  • Supply & Install Plastic Moisture Barrier
  • Supply & Install 12mm Plywood CD grade
  • Commercial anchor Pins use to hold down plywood
  • Supply & Install Solid Timber of your choice
  • Glue and Secret Nail (Top nailing may apply depending on the board size)
  • Supply & Install beading / trims
  • Includes a 7 Year Workmanship Warranty


Chipboard Installation can include:

  • Pre-sand the entire chipboard making sure it is flat, even and clean.
  • Supply & Install Solid Timber of your choice.
  • Glue and Secret Nail (Top nailing may apply depending on board size)
  • Supply & Install beading / trims
  • Includes a 7 Year Workmanship Warranty


Installation directly over Joists is also available.

We can recommend you to a Finishing Expert on all jobs we install!

 

Additional Services

  • Pull up and dispose existing carpets or tiles
  • Floor preparation including Grinding and levelling (concrete slab)
  • Pull up skirting and refixing
  • Dressing Staircases
  • Feature designs in Solid Timber
  • Delivery of Solid Timber is an extra cost
